Internet is accessible, but networking reports "no internet access" and yellow warning icon
I have installed a new Lenovo Notebook with Win7 Pro 64Bit, and have a report with yello warning of no acces to the Internet, but i do have access. I have this effect on several machines out in the field, all connectet within a domain. There is Kaspersky Antivirus installed and there is a Firewall, but no restrictions for outgoing traffic. All works fine, only the warning Icon is disturbing.... Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi, Does the issue occur each Windows 7 machine or certain machine in domain? To troubleshoot the issue, please perform the following steps. 1. Upgrade the NIC driver to the latest one. 2. Temporarily turn off firewall and antivirus program. 3. Run Troubleshoot Problems Tool in Network and Sharing Center and check whether it can be resolved. 4. Open Network Connections window, please temporarily disable all other network connection except the current wired connection for a test. Regards, Novak

Does anyone know why this is happening? We have literally just finished our Win7 Image and have started deploying new PCs, this morning we came in to see the, "no internet access" and yellow warning icon. We can't figure out what/why and have tried all the posted fixes. Thanks!

Thank you. I have followed many articles and none work for my situation. The output of route print is curious, the address i'm assigned by my dhcp server has a netmask of 0.0.0.0. Here's the link to my nfo file. http://public.blu.livefilestore.com/y1pxks_E0BB77zUEWexGhq-fJPxA7nwCRKhlFmXYUX8KEGB8iuh4yBnqW3spq0Z1R4DPQ1tTamrG8E1stjyv9Tm8w/RandyHollaway-PGH.nfo?download&psid=1 Thanks!
